The United BLDG Condos is a new proposed condo project by Davpart and is currently in pre-construction. The United BLDG architect is designed by B+H Architects and ERA Architects. The new project will be located at 481 University Avenue in Toronto. The major intersection is University Avenue & Dundas Street West.

The United BLDG Condos will be a 55 storey tower with 763 mixed condo units. The United BLDG Condos will consist of a 9 storey base podium containing office and retail space, a 6 storey upper podium which will contain residential units and amenity spaces and a 40 storey tower containing the rest of the residential units. Units will be a mix of 96 studios, 344 one bedroom, 251 two bedroom and 72 three bedroom layout. Units will range from about 279 square feet to about 1,500 square feet. Units will start from the high 400’s. The estimated completion date for The United BLDG at 481 University is set for Fall 2025.

The United BLDG Condos feature indoor and outdoor rooftop amenity spaces on the tenth floor. The building will feature over 30,000 sqft of retail space on the ground-level fronting onto Dundas Street. The building will have underground parking garage which will contain 202 spaces.
